Refund Policy

Due to limited space, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled event. This gives us the opportunity to fill the space with someone else. You may cancel by calling (760) 745-3023. However, if you do not cancel before the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the event. Cancellations made seven days, or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund.

Merchandise refund: within seven days of purchase with a receipt for the new unused item, return shipping at consumers expense, unless defective — no refunds after seven days.
