There are many advantages to be gained from a CSA.
CSA or Community Supported Agriculture is sometimes referred to as “Subscription Farms” because the consumer buys a subscription from a farmer for a set price to receive fresh produce on a weekly or bi-weekly basis usually delivered to a pick-up location. There is a direct link between local farmers and consumers with Community Supported Agriculture. By making a financial commitment to a farm, you become a “member” (or “shareholder” or “subscriber”) of the CSA.
