Over 650 growers attended the Ag Water Summit 2008 hosted by San Diego County Farm Bureau at the California Center for the Arts in Escondido to learn about updates to the Interim Ag Water Program, new stormwater runoff regulations and the formation of the San Diego Region Irrigated Lands Group.
