From the I-15 Freeway, the CA-Highway 78 toward Ramona, highway ends and street name changes to Lincoln Ave, drive on inside lane (name changes again to E. Lincoln Ave) for about 1.5 miles to Rose St. Turn right and continue to E. Valley Parkway. Turn left. On your immediate left is a strip mall and the Farm Bureau is next to Joann Fabrics.
